Shlomo Mintz 50th Birthday triumphal Paganini Tour
Nearly 20.000 people heard Shlomo Mintz playing all 24 Paganini Caprices in concerts in the first part of his "Tour de Force" on occasion of his 50th birthday. The fascinated audiences of La Scala di Milano, Amsterdam, Paris, Carnegie Hall in New York, Frankfurt, St. Petersburg via Spain up to Reykjavik in Iceland honored him with long standing ovations.

Part of the concerts Shlomo Mintz dedicated to non profit organizations such as Fondazione Rava, Hadassah France, and the American Association of the Ben Gurion University.
Due to technical reasons the second part of the tour had to be postponed. New dates will be released soon.

New Recording
The new Bartok album, which Shlomo Mintz recorded with the London Philharmonic Orchestra will be finally released in September 2008.
